Support regulatory traceability documentation and technical testing, including Business Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing.</p></li><li><p><b>Requirements Management</b>: Lead and manage requirements planning, elicitation, documentation, and validation processes, ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives.</p></li><li><p><b>Business Process Modelling</b>: Lead process modelling by engaging stakeholders to create or modify business process maps following RBC standards. Identify opportunities or gaps and recommend improvements.</p></li><li><p><b>Business Analysis:</b> Gather, consolidate, and analyze relevant data from various sources to provide meaningful insights that support business decisions and strategic direction.</p></li><li><p><b>Business Agility</b>: Align with the product owner and participate in agile routines, supporting backlog management, user story writing, sizing, and prioritization.</p></li><li><p><b>Stakeholder Management</b>: Identify and prioritize stakeholder requirements, ensuring effective onboarding and communication of strategic direction. Build trust through reliability and transparency, facilitating negotiations and managing conflict resolution.</p></li><li><p><b>Process Improvement & Innovation</b>: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in business processes, leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking to drive improvements.</p></li><li><p><b>Data Analysis & Reporting:</b> Conduct data mining and analysis to generate insights supporting regulatory initiatives. Propose analytical measurement methodologies, including Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators, and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reporting</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do you need to succeed? </b></p><p><b>Must have: </b></p><ul><li><p> 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within large and complex programs.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in analyzing complex business problems, proposing data-driven solutions, and presenting insights in a structured, compelling manner.</p></li><li><p>Advanced requirements management skills with experience leading diverse stakeholders through requirements gathering, elicitation techniques, and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Highly skilled in business process modeling, requirements documentation, and user story mapping.</p></li><li><p>Experience in business process modeling and process consulting</p></li><li><p>Advanced communication and facilitation skills to lead requirements gathering and deliver complex information to diverse audiences, including senior-level stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>High proficiency in stakeholder and relationship management to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes with senior leaders.</p></li><li><p>Expertise with one of more of the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Mural, and Visio.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Nice to have: </b></p><ul><li><p>SixSigma Black Belt or willingness to get one</p></li><li><p>Agile delivery experience, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing effective user stories with clear acceptance criteria.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What’s in it for you?</b></p><p>We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
