With our tech, music is not merely consumed; it is experienced, expressed, and made personal.</p><p><br></p><p>As our founding Head of Growth, you will serve as the architect and hands-on driver of user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will design the growth system from the ground up, building powerful loops, optimizing onboarding flows, creating habit-forming triggers, and scaling the tactics that drive sustainable, compounding growth. If you have ever wanted to own the growth playbook for a consumer application from its earliest stages and see your work directly shape the trajectory of a breakout company, this is that role.</p><p><br></p><p>You will own our growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral for both consumers and creators. You will partner closely with product and design teams to optimize onboarding, conversion, and engagement flows. You will identify, design, and scale growth loops and network effects that turn users into advocates. You will test messaging and run campaigns across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle channels while refining funnels from awareness through to habit formation.</p><p><br></p><p>You will define success metrics, run rapid experiments, and translate insights into repeatable, scalable wins. You will implement core growth infrastructure, including tracking, attribution, and lifecycle systems. Finally, you will hire and lead a high-performing growth team that consistently delivers strong results.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate brings at least eight years of experience in growth, growth marketing, or growth product roles at high-growth consumer technology, social, or gaming companies. You will have successfully scaled a product from early traction to millions of engaged users. You possess a deep understanding of growth mechanics, including viral loops, retention drivers, and compounding growth levers. You are equally strategic and hands-on, capable of setting the plan and executing experiments yourself. You move quickly, thrive in ambiguity, and take decisive action even without perfect data. Above all, you are analytical, creative, and deeply committed to uncovering what truly works.</p><p><br></p><p>This role offers the rare opportunity to write an original growth playbook rather than inheriting someone else’s framework.
