<p>Job Description</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships.</p><p>2. Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business.</p><p>3. Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets.</p><p>4. Ensure submissions reflect accurate data such as risks and coverages.</p><p>5. Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures.</p><p>6. Assist broker to meet or exceed production goals as assigned by CRC.</p><p>7. Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry and sales ideas through regular attendance at workshops, seminars, literature reviews and/or formal continuing education.</p><p>8. Maintain necessary licenses to produce business.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Three years of experience of wholesale insurance experience or its equivalent</p><p>3. Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance</p><p>4. Must be able to understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies</p><p>5. Ability to understand the client's needs and have knowledge of the risk profiles associated</p><p>6. Ability to review information, make decisions and manage time effectively</p><p>7. Recognize new trends and developments in the insurance industry and be able to incorporate that into your strategy</p><p>8. Ability to develop, foster, and maintain an excellent working relationship with agencies</p><p>9. Leadership and team playing skills</p><p>10. Must possess and maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry</p><p>11. Excellent written and verbal skills</p><p>12. Ability to work extended hours when necessary</p><p>13. Maintain travel schedule depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new business</p>
